My son gets tension/stress headaches and my scalp gets tight due to stress. This came on a day my son had a headache. He has long hair and it didn’t get tangled at all. It got a huge thumbs up from him. He said it relieved his headache.
I tried it on my scalp and neck before bed. Holy crap! This thing is amazing. It really digs in without it feeling like I’m doing all the work. I used it on my knee as I have arthritis. Felt amazing.
My dogs hips are starting to get arthritic and she absolutely loved this. I may have to get another so we have our own.

I got this head massager because massage is supposed to prevent hair loss and even promote hair growth. I’m 65 and still have my hair, but don’t want to lose it. I chose this model over those with a handle because I thought it would feel better in my hand — and it does feel comfortable to hold. Also, I thought with the other style, I might accidentally switch the mode while using it. I’m sure it will take a few months or more to see any more growth. As others have said, not sure if the LED light is effective — it is small and not on your scalp that long. But it can’t hurt to have it, so why not? I have read that you should massage your scalp for 4-5 minutes twice a day. For just starting, I recommend only once a day until your scalp gets used to it. Mine started feeling tender with twice a day, so I skipped a couple days and then went to once a day. I am using the softer nodules. My reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I would like there to be smooth round nodules to use in addition to the spiky ones — I think they would feel good and I would like it for neck massage. As for tangling, I have medium length hair with layers and I get mild tangles. But really just a little — never hard to brush out at all. I hope this review helps someone.

I doubt there is any medical justification, but it makes you feel good. Beats all my expectations — incredibly easy to use and charge (the best seller on Amazon still uses micro-USB).
The bonus: it has soft and hard massage heads. the difference is not huge, but noticeable right away.

My personal experience I love this I mean I only started using it but it feels so good sooooo sooo good . when I do a pony tail by the end of the day my scull it’s literally bothering me “ if I wear it tight “ I used this and omg the relief was instantly. I couldn’t be any happier , delivery was on time and great . Very happy with this product .
The only thing I wish I had was the instructions other than that I am very pleased witj it and so it’s my fiancé .

I bought 2. One for me, one for my cat. I tried it on my face, especially between my eye brows, where the tension was built while working unconsciously. I also use it when I shampoo my hair. Massaging the scalp while shampooing and rinsing help me with relieving my stress from school and work. It felt really good and I recommend that anyone should try it too.
For my cat, I tried it gently on my cat’s mandible area. I only use the mild intensity for my cat. She loves it! I think I will keep this one for daily use for myself and my cat.
