Go this as a Valentine’s gift for my wife, who loves foxes. It’s cute and we’ve had it for a few months now, no signs of coming apart or shoddy stitching. Might be different for small kids who play rough with it, but honestly it looks like it holds up well.

Several years ago I went on a road trip with a friend. We shared a hotel room during our adventures. She later laughingly pointed out that I make a nest to sleep in. Using many pillows (no less than 5 but no more than 7), I surround myself in a cocoon of plush comfort.
I recently decided that my cushy fortress was lacking. I am a side sleeper. I have a bad habit of curling my hands up and placing them under my face or chin. I was waking up with wrist pain. I considered several pillows- body pillows, pregnancy U shaped pillows, etc. Ultimately, I chose this one because it’s a fox. Though I did strongly consider the weenie dog….
I’ve been using this fox pillow for a couple of months now. It looks super cute in person. It’s soft but not amazingly so. It seems well made. It arrived in a vacuum sealed package that was a bit difficult to open. Take care if using scissors. I did have to mush about it’s stuffing and fluff it up a bit when I first opened it.
It works fairly well as a body pillow for an average sized adult (5’6, 140lb). It holds its shape. It is a good length. It is more narrow than a traditional body pillow. Personally, I like this because it is less cumbersome. It provides light-moderate support when laying on my side. It’s also comfortable to wrap my arms around so that my hands don’t end up folded under my face. The fact that it’s a fox makes it extra snuggly.
To me, paying more to be comfortable while sleeping is a justifiable luxury. With that being said, the cost is a big downside. My fox is sits beside me as I type this. I do love it but would probably not repurchase it. There’s nothing wrong with this product. It’s just not really worth the price. It’s nothing outstanding so not worth $45. For that reason, I only give it 4 stars.
