2 – 5 business working days within the USA. Maximum time for Items sourced from outside the USA can take longer but no more than two weeks. If your order does not arrive early, please send mail to support@idealshoppa.com

No. We use a secure payment gateway to process your payments and we never store this kind of information.
We currently do not charge sales tax as the suppliers process the items themselves.
We currently ship only within the USA.
If all the items are from one supplier, they will come in one package.
In a situation where the items are shipped from different suppliers, they will come in seperate packages.

Returns and Exchanges
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
This rarely occurs but if it ever happens, please quickly send an email to support@idealshoppa.com and return the package to the supplier address on the package you received.

Every package comes with the supplier Address. Then send a mail to support@idealshoppa.com and one of our agents will walk you through the process.

You can cancel the order within 12 hours before it is shipped out. And you can contact support@idealshoppa.com for a guide on correction.

If there is an item you need, you can email support@idealshoppa.com. We do not offer pre-order service at the moment but we can reach out to a supplier to know when the item will be back in stock.
